Now 25, Justin Bieber’s upcoming 10-Part Documentary Event “Justin Bieber: Seasons” provides a kaleidoscopic look at his life and times as hip-pop’s rock star in residence. The docu-series premieres Monday, January 27th at Noon ET exclusively on YouTube – his career’s first home. “When I was getting started, YouTube provided me a platform and a community where I could share music, experiences and moments with my fans,” shared Bieber, who recently added fashion designer to his resume with the release of his bubbling new Drew House streetwear brand. “It feels great to partner with YouTube for this original documentary series. I want my fans to be part of this journey.” Justin Bieber is currently the most subscribed artist on YouTube at 47.8 million subscribers, six of his videos have over one billion views, including upwards of 19 billion total views on his Official Artist Channel alone.
“Seasons” is an all-access docu-series chronicling the making of Justin Bieber’s first album in four years. Described as a raw, powerful, and intimate look at Bieber’s creative process, series contributors include his closest confidants, friends, collaborators and features a behind-the-scenes look at Bieber’s private life, including never-before-seen footage of his wedding to Hailey Bieber, along with cool day-to-day dealings. Executive produced by Bieber, “Seasons” invites us to ride shotgun with the Grammy winning global entertainer who has amassed more than 50 billion streams and sold over 60 million album equivalents worldwide over the course of his career. His most recent album, 2015’s “Purpose”, was certified double-diamond after selling over 21 million copies worldwide to-date. Bieber’s highly anticipated 5th album is slated for a 2020 release.
